Abstract: In the 1990 th,the world socialist movement suffered a major setback;as a resuh,China's socialist reform stepped into a key period.Deng Xiaoping's South Tour Speech timely answered the theory perplexity which was produced by the drastic change of Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,and some solved important problems encountered in the reform,and pointed out the further direction of China's socialist reform.The judgment of South Tour Speech was not only proved correctly by the practical test,but in the world,western market socialism provided some scientific proof for the theory.It can be summed up as:the market is the means of realizing the socialist purpose,the private ownership economy is an important part of the socialist economy,the common prosperity is the aim of the socialist market economy and the socialism is still worthy of expecting,etc.
