Abstract: This paper analysed the unstable political factors that is important for stability of political situation and building of harmonious society, indicating a few ways: to be recognized by law; to meet the needs of the society; to keep the social fimess and justice; to keep political participation in good order and legally; to reform the political system and its organization.
