Abstract:
Opportunity is an important and intangible resource for enterprise to survive and develop, which is not only a trigger in the course of management innovation, but also a catalytic influence on other elements in enterprise. Opportunities of management innovation stem from the mutual reactions of objective and subjective factors of enterprise in particular time and situations. It results from changes of conditions inside and outside enterprise; furthermore, it has a corresponding relationship with information source. Opportunity management is to explore the scientific way and method of seeking, creating and utilizing opportunities, so that a mechanism for opportunity chain management can be established.
