Abstract: To study enterprise as viewed from ecology is one of the research hot spots of current management science. This paper demonstrates the significance of enterprise life from value production and value realization. On this basis, it proves further the importance to keep an enterprise in good health, and presents three ways to preserve health in human resource development, enterprise production and sales.
