Abstract:
Based on the concept and features of the financial power in companies, the paper analyses the objective competition for the power, whose formation, as is regarded, is decided by many factors such as the value of the power, the pyramid-like structure of the organization, the scarce of the resources, the standards of the performance, the uncertainty of the environment, the intentions for the power and the difference of the options, etc, The paper pointed out that the financial power can be obtained through many channels such as the formal procedures, special abilities and performances, special resources and contributions to the company. It also put forward that in course of using the financial power a series of other powers can be applied such like the authorized power, bonus power, compulsory power, reference power and so on.
