Abstract: Property Trust system is an important component of the modern adult guardianship system in the United States.Its developmental level will directly exert affects on the operation and development of the adult guardianship system and is related to protection and the maintenance for the interests of the incapacitated adults.After practicing for many years, the property trust system in the United States adult guardianship system experienced a rapid development and achieved remarkable social benefits.The inner concepts and practical experience of U.S.property trust system are an important reference to further improving the living conditions of the incapacitated adults,increasing the level of economic security, establishing and improving the corresponding supporting system and promoting the further development of China's adult guardianship system.
