Abstract: Agriculture and rural area questions always hold an important position in our social political and economic issues. Although it is universally acknowledged that China's economic development is great, there are some phenomena such as the enlarged difference between rural area and urban area and even the shirnkage of rural area market in recent years. This paper, aiming at the problems rasied in rural area, gives a detailed demonstration on the three parts of agriculture, rural area, peasantry, and puts forward some crucial issues to be settled on a strategic level.
