Abstract: By an analysis on the basic status and the mode of New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Hei Longjiang Province in detail,this article points out the problems occurred during its performance and proposes some measures to make the system progressive. In order to make the system of the rural medical protection system more perfect,this article puts out some tentative plan,such as the founding of the governmental salvation system and rural medical and commercial insurance.
