摘要: 从组织的微观角度,基于系统的观点分析探讨了人力资本的定价问题。指出人力资本总体定价的系统边界是组织中现存的人力资本子系统,定价的主体是组织所有者,客体是人力资本对组织当期利润子系统贡献的大小。在此基础上提出了一种新的人力资本定价模型,进而采用索洛生产函数和基于n人合作对策的Shapley值法给出了该模型下一种有效的人力资本总体和个体定价的求解方法。Abstract: This article, mainly from organization' s microscopic angle, studied on human capital pricing based on the system view, and clearly emphasizes that the system boundary of the general human capital pricing is the sub-system of human capital existing in organization; the subject of pricing is the owner and object is those who contributes to net benefit sub-system. Then a new human capital pricing model is proposed, and Solow Production Function and Shapley Value related to cooperation game are applied to solve the new model parameters.
