Abstract: Economy development is a process of innovation. Entrepreneur, as the major impetus of economic development and innovation, his capability of innovation determines the fate of business. In terms of the development history of domestic and overseas businesses and performance of excellent entrepreneurs, this paper illustrates that an excellent entrepreneur or a body of entrepreneurs is the important condition for the success of business, and also presents the effective approach of entrepreneurs' healthy growth under the condition of socialist market economy.
