Abstract: This paper analyses the status and effects of community culture construction in the process of community growing,tries to find out the logic order of the various factors which affect this process,in order to further describe the driving forces and the mechanism of current basic-level society development.The author points out that the community culture construction is the source of community growth,and only when a series of preconditions are met,can the self-governing of community be realized.In this paper,the author also sets up a quasi-hierarchical recursive model of community growth on the basis of practical experience of community construction of the city of Ningbo,Zhejiang Province.
