Abstract: The relation between law of God and man of God is a very important question, and all the thinkers are concerned about it.Most confucianists attached importance to man of God,but Huang Zong-xi thought that law of God is before man of God.Huang Zong-xi differentiated legal system of emperor's and the whole people's,and then considered that law of God is more superior to man of God.Huang Zong-xi conceived the material law of God.The regretfulness is that his thought slides into the expectation of man of God.
