Abstract: With the deep reform and rapid transformation of government functions,the social organization has faced an unprecedented future.The social organizations and social workers should grasp this opportunity,and construct an innovative social organization.This paper systematically expounds the purpose of "innovative" concept of the social organization innovation,the conditions,as well as the "innovative" organizational characteristics,by using the method of literature theory,achieving the core value of the various social organization innovation and the continuous development of the organization mechanism etc.
