Abstract: Postgraduate English Education has its own distinct features as a further extension of undergraduate English education.Based on the outcome of a questionnaire and interview with some students,this paper mainly explores the characteristics,focuses and difficulties.It is concluded that the emphasis on practical application,switch of teacher vs.student roles is the mainstream of postgraduate English education of non-English majors.
