Abstract: The social disorder is a process of the gradual weakening and final collapse of the social integration and social control.Its manifestations include the social anomie,the social conflict and the social disintegration.Among the three phases,lack of the social rules,weakening of the social functions,high social tensions,the social function differentiation,the social structural collapse,the social function breakdown are prevalent.Analyzing the mechanism of the social disorder is of great significance for the theory and the practice of the social governance.
