Abstract: Great achievements have been made and plenty of experiences have gathered in China since 1978,It demonstrates that the social governance from the sources is the basis and premise for the effectiveness of the social governance both in practice and study.The social governance from the sources is helpful to relieve the social tension,overcome the social dispersion,enhance the social reorganization and reestablish the social trust.Building social welfare is the best way to relieve the social tension;developing social services is beneficial to enhance the social integration,and strengthening the social welfare is beneficial to enhance the social reorganization and social trust.
