Abstract: As the main representative of Postmodernism Orientation,the claim of the social constructivism is that knowledge is constructed,and it is the results of the consultation and interaction between people in a particular culture and history.This thinking has a significant impact on the traditional social work theory and practice,which leads a new steering in the profession.Social work under the social construction is a process that social workers and clients talk and share in the relationship of equality and cooperation.Thereby the process can tap the human potential to the greatest degree.The essence is human-oriented.
