Abstract: In recent years,emergent events occured frequently in a university,which challenges the university's administration.This article analyzes them from the aspect of internal mechanism and external communication,trying to build an effective precaution mechanism.How to“prevent accidents before they occur”,to effectively curb the occurrence of emergencies,to improve prevention methods and means,to enhance early warning capacity of emergency management becomes a major issue of a university.
