Abstract: This essay elaborates the development and evolution process of the theory about enterprise resource planning, introduces the features of its different developing periods and points out the shortages of the traditional ERP (enterprise resource plan) system under the environment of E-commerce. On this basis, it proposes the application framework of E-commerce for the integration of enterprises, i.e. combining the newest concept of enterprise management and INTERNET technology so as to solve the traditional ERP bottleneck problems from the two respects of managing thought and technical means and extend the ERP system (ERP+SCM+CRM).
