Abstract: The article elaborates the legal characteristics of investment fund in securities, classifies the funds from the different views, and expounds the peculiarities of the different kinds of funds. The article sets forth the problem of the supervision on the security fund market against the illegal conducts in the fund market, and puts forward six suggestions about the construction of system specially.
