Abstract: By means of integrating the qualitative and quantitative analysis,the article discusses a research on the financial crisis and China's economy,pointing out:the financial crisis of America originated from subprimelending crisis has already turned into a world financial crisis,and more and more evidences indicate that the world economy is getting bogged down into a declining period.Because of the heavy dependence on the world economy,the economy of China will be negatively affected by the declining of the global economy.So it is necessary for our country to take valid countermeasures,so as to change the crisis into the opportunity and promote the good and quick development of our economy.
