Abstract: Taking Beijing as example,the author draws the outline of innovations in New Public Pension System of Rural Area through literature methodology and comparative analysis in this paper,points out the shortcomings of the new system,such as unreasonable system design,the heavy responsibility of government compared with the old system and gives some methods of improvement.
