基于修正“钻石模型”的我国集成电路产业竞争力影响因素分析

    Analysis of the Influencing Factors of the Competence in IC Industry in China Based on the Porter Diamond Model

    • 摘要: 基于波特钻石模型,引入产业集聚作为外部因素构建修正钻石模型,从生产要素、市场需求、相关和支持性产业、企业策略结构与竞争、政府政策、发展机遇、产业集聚7个角度分析影响我国集成电路产业竞争力的关键因素。得出结论:生产要素是集成电路产业的基础性条件,国内外市场需求是集成电路产业竞争力的驱动力,相关产业的配套程度直接影响集成电路产业国际竞争力的强弱,企业战略和竞争状况为集成电路产业发展带来活力,而产业集聚贯穿六大要素,将为我国集成电路产业带来规模效应,提升竞争力。

       

      Abstract: Based on the porter diamond model,the paper introduces the industrial clustering as the external factors to constructan amendatory diamond model.From the seven factors including production,market demand,related and supporting industries,enterprise strategy,structure and competition situation,policy,the opportunities and the industry clustering,the paper analyses the influence factors of Chinas integrated circuit(IC) industry competence.The following is the conclusion;production factors are the basic conditions of the IC industry;market-demand is the driving force of the IC industry competence both at home and abroad;the supporting level of related industries directly affects the size of the IC industry international competitiveness;enterprise strategy and competition status can bring vitality for the IC industry development.The paper also shows that industrial amendatory interacts with the six elements,which will bring China's IC industry the scale effect,and make it more competitive.
