企业内团队社会网络与知识创造的理论研究

    The Theoretical Research on Enterprise's Group Social Network and knowledge Creation

    • 摘要: 以社会网络分析方法为理论基础,讨论了企业内团队层次的社会网络与其知识创造之间的关系。鉴于团队网络跨越了个体之间、企业内网络2个层次,因此,作者从团队的内部网络、外部网络综合平衡角度,利用结构多样性的概念联结两者,构建了团队社会网络与知识创造的理论模型。研究表明,团队内部网络的稠密程度、中心化程度、小团队结构,外部网络关系的横向、纵向联结以及结构多样性等会以各种方式影响团队的知识创造水平。

       

      Abstract: Based on the social network theory, the paper mainly discusses the relationship between group social network and knowledge creation. Group social network includes two levels, one is the group members' social relationship within a group-intragroup network, another is in the social structure of a broader organization-intergroup network, so the author builds the multilevel theoretical model about group social network and knowledge creation. The results indicate the configuration of intragroup network including closure, centralization and clique, the bridging relationships that span vertical and horizontal intergroup boundaries and group structural diversity will influence the group's knowledge creation.
