基于知识图谱的我国网络组织研究可视化分析

Visual Analysis of the Research in China on Network Organization Based on Mapping Knowledge Domains

摘要: 为准确了解国内有关网络组织研究的现状、热点与发展趋势，利用NoteExpress、Bicomb、SPSS和Ucinet分析软件，采用关键词共现、作者同被引等分析方法，从现状、核心作者群、热点与主题研究等视角对中国知网（CNKI）查找到的3 133篇文献进行文献计量和知识图谱的可视化分析，以了解国内网络组织研究领域的发展动态。结果显示：网络组织研究主要围绕网络组织知识管理、组织结构、竞争优势、协同和治理机制5大热点领域展开，并得出研究主题与对应作者、热点趋势，为网络组织进一步研究奠定基础。

Abstract: The article uses the methods of keywords' co-occurrence and authors' co-citation based on such analysis software as NoteExpress, Bicomb, SPSS and Ucinet, and analyzes the 3133 articles downloaded from CNKI, and represents the following three perspectives: the current situation, the core authors and the hot fields. Through network organization research, the study shows mapping knowledge domains of the five hot fields: knowledge management, organization structure, competitive advantage, coordination and governance mechanism and finds the themes and corresponding authors and the hot-spot trends so that the foundation for further study on network organization was laid.
