摘要: 社会体制改革贯穿于社会建设的各个阶段和领域,是当前社会改革的突破口和中心环节,具有十分的重要性和紧迫性。社会体制改革的核心是理顺国家与社会的关系,重点是推动社会事业体制和城乡二元体制改革,难点是利益关系的协调。

Abstract: The social system reform throughout each stage and area of the social construction is a breakthrough point and the center link of the current social reform,which is very important and urgent. The core of the social system reform is to straighten the relationship between the state and the society,and the focus is on promoting the social enterprise system and the urban-rural dual system reform,the difficulty of which is the coordination of the interest relations.
