Abstract: The new features of the economic and the social development have appeared in recent years in China.Some new issues like the management of the migrant population has emerged in the process of innovating on the society management.Meanwhile,we have been confronted with some new challenges such as the widespread use of the new media and the rapid developing of the virtual society.For promoting the sustainable and the stable development of the state,we should not only deal with the relationship between innovating on the society management and the whole national development correctly,but also accelerate the reforming and the innovating on the social system and make great efforts to solve the key problems which influence the national development,such as the migrant population citizenship,the aging of the population,the social communication in information age,and so on.
