Abstract: This paper studies on management philosoply, which is the foundation of settingup the management theory and management mode. Discusses the significance of management philosophy, points out the necessity of the integration and the modern use of the Chinese and the western philosophy, finally proposes that management philosophy should conform to the concept of sustainable development from the prespective of the green idea.
