Monitoring the Financial Risk in Institutions of Higher Education and Establishing the System of Early-warning

摘要: 针对目前高校资金运作过程中存在的安全隐患日益凸显的问题,指出这种隐患若不加以控制,势必造成高校资金的损失,甚至对高校教学的正常秩序产生影响.同时分析了高校资金运作风险的内在原因及构建高校资金运作风险预警系统的办法,以此为基础,提出了防范高校资金运作风险的措施,以推动学校教学、科研等各项事业的可持续发展.

Abstract: Nowadays the risks existing in capital operation in institutions of higher education (HEI) have resulted in the financial loss and are influencing the teaching.Preventing the risks is very important This article is to analyze the potential reasons of the financial risk in HEI,to research the establishment of early-warning system,and to raise the precautionary measurements,insuring the sustainable development of teaching and researching.
