Abstract: Based on the practical situation of Chinese stock market and the average return rate of social capital, this paper makes the technological and economical analysis on the stock market behaviour, defines the synthesis price-earning ratio and quantifies the contribution which the stock investment and the stock speculation make to Chinese stock market.
