Abstract: With the development of economic globalization, the uncertainties caused by globalization have increased day by day. Of those uncertainties, influence of globalization on the income distribution is a generally concerned one. In the process of globalization, some countries really confront with a situation of deteriorated income distribution. However, things will not go worse if proper strategy and policy are carried out. According to international experiences, China, if the government wants to avoid the deteriorated income distribution after its accession to WTO, must lay down and carry out a series of policies in which common benefited policy of foreign trade and foreign capital should be involved.
