电子商务核心岗位能力要求分析——基于高校人才培养视角

    Analysis of Competencies for E-commerce Professionals on Core Positions

    • 摘要: 大多高校电子商务毕业生所具备的专业能力与企业实际岗位需要的核心能力脱轨比较明显,厘清企业电子商务核心岗位的能力要求,对于高校培养合格的电子商务人才非常重要。综合各种调研结果,确定电子商务核心岗位可分为运营、美工、客服、技术4类,运用火车头数据采集软件抓取4类岗位共计2 500个具体岗位的岗位职责及任职要求,进一步对抓取的岗位职责和任职要求进行文本数据挖掘,得出各类岗位的核心能力要求,为高校有针对性地培养电子商务人才提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Professional abilities can not meet the requirements of enterprises for most E-commerce graduates obviously.Therefore,the most important thing for college teaching is understanding core competencies for E-commerce professionals.In this paper,based on a variety of research results,we firstly divide E-commerce jobs into four categories including operation,art,customer service and technology.Second,we collect 2 500 numbers of responsibilities and requirements in E-commerce jobs by using the locomotive data acquisition software,then carry out text data mining on the job responsibilities and requirements.Finally,the core competencies of the four categories of E-commerce jobs can be obtained.It provides an important consult for colleges to cultivate E-commerce talents.
