Abstract: The leadership style is an important factor that influences and determines the governance capacity of the Chinese Communist Party. Focusing on improving its governance capability, this paper analyzes the challenge and dilemma the CCP is facing in its style of leadership at present, and puts forward the direction of improvement and some specific suggestions.
