Abstract: ‘Taohuayuan Notes and Potry' is Tao Yuanming's magnum opus which many people have searched on. The controversy is very furious on that it is true or fake of the place of Tao-huayuan(the Peach Garden). Through comparison of several stories about Wuling People's happy encounters coming down in that time, the penman thinks that Tao Yuanming just recorded the story as other contemporary novelists, ‘Taohuayuan Notes' is just a fiction, not a piece of poem, and the place in the opus is not a real place in the world. And the writing style of the opus ‘Taohuayuan Notes and Poetry' maybe infected by the sutra style.
