Abstract: On the premise of that the global market competition is increasingly intensive, the product life cycle is shortening more and more and the communication technology and transportation technology are rapidly developing, the international enterprises pay closer attention to and invest more in logistic supply chain day after day. This article introduces the supply chain and its management, expounds the necessity of supply chain decision concerning its effective management, analyses the major factors to influence supply chain decision, and finally proposes some valuable supply chain strategy for reference.
