北京市高科技产业投融资过程中的法律问题研究

A Research on the Legal Problems about the Financial System of Beijing High Technological Industry

摘要: 为更好地构建和完善高科技产业投融资法律体系,促进我市高科技产业化进程的加快,本文运用实证研究方法,理论联系实际,考察了北京市高科技产业投融资体系及其法制建设状况,从中总结出有益的经验,并发现其有待完善的不足之处,提出加强和完善高科技产业投融资法制建设的若干建议。

Abstract: On the basis of positivism, this paper investigates the current situation of financial system of high technological industry in Beijing. In order to accelerate the development of high technological industry, the author proposes the problems that must be solved and their solutions.
