Abstract: With the economic globalization,the cities' function is becoming obviously prominent.How to enhance the urban competitive power,how to speed up the urban development has become many governments' and the scholars' research field and topic studies.Based on the World Bank latest report,this article carries on regression analyses of 5 typical targets,which demonstrate the influence of governmental efficiency on urban competitive power.The result indicates that enterprise's superfluous personnel rate,the days of customs' import and export entry,the taxation of tax department,enterprise's recreation spend and the credibility of the court's protection of legal assets and the contract rights and so on play an import role in the ranking of urban competitive power.
