Abstract: The task-analysing is a premise to establish a task-oriented organization, bing done however in the ordinary organization. Usually we establish task-oriented organization to solve unconventional task appearing in the run of ordinary organization. A special mechanism must be involved in the ordinary organization that to undertake Iask-analysing.. And it makes sure that the mechanism of task-analysing is also positive for our routine work. Two ways can be found generally to establish task-oriented organization: for responses and inpreceding. The latter will become more and more widespread in practice.
