Abstract: Advanced culture is the crystallization of human wisdom,the symbol of civilization,the ladder of progress.In the 80 years,from the Opium war until the founding of the Communist Party of China,the progress of early Chinese modernization construction is in difficulty.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,it always represents the development direction of the advanced culture for the early modernization,and provides the modern philosophy and the orientation of civilization,In particular,the Communist Party of China always adheres to the Marxist mass line,wins the widespread mass basis for the early modernization,and becomes a strong core of the leadership.Therefore,it provides an important premise for the transition from the early construction of modernization to the substantial modernization.
