Abstract: The peasant is the important force in building socialistic new countryside. This article proposed that the socialistic new peasant should have knowledge, scientific and technological skills, management skill, legal consciousness and public morality skill. The education is the basic way to improve the farmer's quality and the skill. So, the article analyzed the question of our country's rural education and proposed the solution to it.
