摘要: 所提出和力求回答的问题是,在市场化和全球化环境中,应该如何调整劳动关系,既保证较高的经济效率和国际竞争力,又能保护劳动者、实现社会公平。借鉴了欧美国家的经验,立足于中国社会的传统,分析了历史和现实的经验和问题,辨析性地提出了认为符合实际需要的相对理想的劳动关系调节模式。Abstract: The problem put forward and answered is how to balance Labor relationships which both guarantee economic efficiency and the ability of international competition and protect labors and achieve social equal.Ideal adjusting relationship mode is advised by drawing on experience of European and America and analysis of china tradition and experiences.
