Abstract: The patent protection of e-commerce business method can not only promote the innovation of business methods,but also can provide e-business system protection.The United States and Japan had passed legislation on e-commerce business method patent protection,and submitted patent applications in China.China should strengthen e-commerce innovation and establish patent protection system of e-commerce business method to meet international competition.
