组织学的旧范式和复杂新范式

    Traditional Paradigm and New Complicated One of Organization Science

    • 摘要: 从组织哲学的视角,按纵向时间序列探索了组织学范式的发展和演进,结论认为:组织学关于机器、人和一般系统的组织哲学属于牛顿旧范式,存在诸多的缺陷和不足,导致当前组织学主流与反主流的对峙。组织学要走出这一困境,必须借鉴复杂科学,形成组织学的新范式——复杂范式,它有着不同于传统范式的组织哲学、方法论和范式特征,应该是当前组织学的替代性范式,是组织学未来的主流范式。

       

      Abstract: At present the paradigm of organization science is the hot spot. In this study, the au-thors, along the longitudinal time sequence and from the view of organization philosophy, explore the evolution of the paradigm of organization science and conclude that the first three kinds of organization philosophies belong to the old Newton paradigms, which have many shortcomings, result-ing in the confrontation between the mainstreem and anti-mainstream. In order to go out of the predicament, the organization theory has to learn from the complicated science and forms a new paradigm, which has the different organizational philosophy, methodology and paradigm character-istics from the traditional one.
