Abstract: As a form of effective democratic governance, Deliberative Democracy pursues a group of values such as democracy, equality, justice, fairness, and so on, which is in the same way with the values and ideals of the New Public Service. Therefore, searching for the benign interaction between them and exploring the prospects for the development of the deliberative public services will be an ideal research perspective in good time.
