Abstract: This paper aims to discuss how to integrate the resources for the research base in the west of China. It contends that only by transfomning mentality, increasing invertment, setting up an organization founding evaluation system, can we integrate the resource, boost the development in the west, and fulfill the responsibilities of research base in promoting regicnal economic development.
