高校辅导员思想教育技能培训体系设计

    On the Design of Skill Training System for Ideological Education of University Advisers

    • 摘要: 应用行为科学和组织管理等相关理论,从思想教育的特殊性入手,融入信息沟通的理念,将思想教育的过程分解为"收集"、"识别"、"引导"、"反馈"4个阶段,针对不同阶段大学生的教育目标,提供国内外先进的教育技巧,运用各种培训方法,设计出一套能真正帮助高校辅导员提高思想教育技能的培训体系,并对这套体系进行了全面解读。

       

      Abstract: This paper aims to emphasize the skills of conducting ideological education among university advisers, and to improve the efficiency of university ideological education. Based on the relative theories of applicable organization behavior science and management, this paper divides the ideological education process into four stages, namely, collection, identification, conduction and reflection. In view of different education aims for a variety of students, the training system put forward by this paper is designed accordingly. Therefore, this paper can help university advisers to strengthen their skills of ideological education and offer a valuable reference for establishing training system to a certain extent.
