Abstract:
This paper aims to emphasize the skills of conducting ideological education among university advisers, and to improve the efficiency of university ideological education. Based on the relative theories of applicable organization behavior science and management, this paper divides the ideological education process into four stages, namely, collection, identification, conduction and reflection. In view of different education aims for a variety of students, the training system put forward by this paper is designed accordingly. Therefore, this paper can help university advisers to strengthen their skills of ideological education and offer a valuable reference for establishing training system to a certain extent.
