Abstract: The Tridimensional Criminal Jurisprudence is important for the criminal law science development to be back to the problems itself and break the discipline barriers. The argument is arising from the discipline, institutional, social and the personal conditions of the advocator. It uses the established research tradition for reference and shows up lively academic features. Some fruitful reference could be offered for its development by inquiring into the basic thought structure, theoretical levels, space-time bound and social foundation.
