Abstract: It has a close connection and mutual promotion between the promoting of the contemporary Chinese Marxism popularization and the strengthening of the ruling Party soft power.The former is the important means of the latter and the latter is the valuable goal of the former.At present the popularization of Marxism level is not high enough,and there exists some deficiencies.In the Marxist popular method system,the popularization of expressions,the diversification of the popularity,the modern means of dissemination,the practical methods of different levels and the scientific effective evaluation,can be used as an effective way to enhance the ruling party soft power.
