Abstract: Taking Laiguangying village as an example and by the way of questionnaire,we study on the current situation of the land-losing peasants' citizenization in the suburb of Beijing.And we set up the index system to give a quantitative analysis and evaluation. Then we come to the conclusions:first,grasping the characteristics of the land-losing peasants passive citizenization;second,strengthening the effect of government in the process of land-losing peasants' citizenization;third,promoting the process of land-losing peasants' citizenization steadily and completely.
