基于生态位理论的战略联盟稳定性研究

Research of the Stability of Strategic Alliance Based on Niche Theory

摘要: 对战略联盟的形成与现状进行了分析,结合生态位的相关理论给出了企业生态位和战略联盟生态位的集合定义,指出企业生态位的选择会对联盟的稳定性起到决定作用,企业间的合理竞争能够帮助战略联盟实现进化,对联盟的稳定也起到了辅助作用。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the formation and current situation of the strategic alliance, and presents the new definition of the enterprise niche and strategic alliance niche combined on the basis of the niche theory.The selection of enterprise niche is decisive to the stability of alliance.The reasonable competition can be helpful for the evolution to the strategic alliance,and also act as subsidiary to the stability of the alliance.
